Only watched Porn

Watched Only Porn but not masturbated. So Am I Saved ?? On 3rd Day of my No-Fap Journey…

Well that’s up to you.
If you are doing hard mode or monk mode it counts as a relapse.
If you are at the beginning of your journey, my personal recommendation is to try to stay away from porn as much as you can, but reset the counter only if you do PMO. That way you can get some good streaks going. After a while you reset after PM and finally you go all in hard mode.
But that’s just my own humble opinion. In the end what’s matter is what works for you and will help you the most. And only you can answer that.
Good luck

I would say that’s part of the normal process of rewiring.

I mean it’s ok, if you don’t fap to it. Good thing is, you controlled yourself at the end. You didn’t need to reset your streak bro…

The higher the streak, more motivated you will feel.

Drank Beer but not Whisky…
Both reduces awareness.

Similarly watching porn is seeking pleasure. Who runs after pleasure seeks his own demise.
I think the greater sin is Masturbation & The greatest sin is Orgasm.

So, next time if you say I HAVE MASTURBATED BUT NOT EJACULATED.

These 3 things are inter-related to one another. The 3rd thing is the most harmful; however then we cant say the 1st one is good because it is less harmful.

YOU HAVE RELAPSED BRO. ACCORDING TO MY DICTIONARY

If you can watch porn with awareness & fap with awareness … you can set yourself free from this shit forever.

But the tricky thing about awareness is it comes to those who are strong … fapping has reduced our awareness and we no longer can differentiate what is good for us & what is harmful.

So for weak persons like us we have deviced nofap… to forcefully give our body a rest & gather some life force … so that we can cultivate awareness into our lives.

Very true, it starts with the mind, and the eyes and ends with hands. Good thing is to stop it in the mind

I guess it depends on what you are striving for. If your goal is to stop masturbation only, you’re still fine. Although I really would not recommend edging because it’s a slippery slope.

To me, the more pressing concern is porn addiction. So according to my goal, I would have deemed myself to have failed even if I only watched porn without climaxing. On the other hand, I would not beat myself up too much if I masturbated without watching porn, albeit only if I do it after at least a month of restrain.

We are all doing this only for ourselves. At the end of the day, if you still are able look at yourself in the mirror without guilt, it’s been a successful day. If not, well its never to late to learn. Good luck. :+1:

I have changed it… do you like bomb emoji ?

I was not angry but i am going through angry phase right now.

Second week of nofap is angry phase. I easily involve myself in arguments during this & some day fight with others.

I have noticed that hard workout during this 2nd week keeps me calm.

I would definitley say no to watching porn. This truly is a rewire. It all starts with a thought. You have to control those thoughts. Watching is fueling potential future urges. Its literally playing with fire.
