It sometimes get irritating when you are outside, you just watch girl’s that parts only.
I don’t want to become that type of guy.

I have recently how you developed your habits, You are brave, strong and your willpower is stronger .
But sometimes, it could be dangerous:
If you relapse you will feel useless and the next time you won’t have the same willpower and your brain will try to convince you to relapse again by saying: “What’s the point? You did the same thing and you relapsed, just give up”
My friend, here’s an advice that really helped me:
Make peace with your addiction, fighting it will lead to the loss of willpower, keep on using your energy on good habits, and most of all, stay happy, cheerful, and satisfied with life cause life can teach you lots of things and if you look carefully around you, you will notice that nature shows you the way, the way to find peace in life, the way to escape from all your life problems, the way of true success.
You said it yourself:
Willpower needs to get enough strength.
Sleeping, eating carbohydrates, being vegan, drinking lots of water, exercising, and meditation, build strong willpower to resist urges.
But Willpower only is not enough, you changed from the inside and now it’s the time to change from the outside.
Look at your daily routine, do you feel lazy while doing it? Do you have free time that could cause boredom and negative thoughts? Did you make it really hard to relapse ( by tightening your belt for an example )?
Something is missing in your plan and you must figure that out by yourself.
You are doing good dude.
Change your flow of energy and put it into something good. The urge will dispate when you do something else like studying while being with everyone, with family if you are at home, or with friends (if you are at pg or hostel).
Eat something good, and smile express yourself, you are going to complete day 5.
One precaution - don’t be alone okay, and if you are alone, try singing or something else, do meditation, it will help disipate urge.
By trying to do something else, i don’t mean so it for the sake of just urge killing. Do it with your heart, pour your heart in it(like studying or meditation) that you forget about that mere urge.
That mere small impulse of your brain, you can control that. You are a soul, an aspect higher than any impulse of this world. You can control it by meditation.!

Genuinely understand that, That irritation while constantly distracting one self. That is why it’s good to pour your heart in something else while an urge comes, it will disipate the urge for longer than usual and you will also feel better
