O nofap para mim é impossível. O meu recorde é de 1 semana.Por isso irei abandonar o nofap e tentar uma coisa diferente.
Estou há dois anos tentando e sem sucesso. O que eu irei fazer agora é me abster apenas de pornografia por 2 meses, e depois tentarei o hard mode. O que acham?

Don’t be discouraged by all of your past failures. You aren’t a failure, you just used a strategy that didn’t work. Find a better strategy. Copy someone who has escaped the addiction, and you’ll see yourself go far beyond seven days this time.
Quitting pornography but continuing to masturbate is very hard, and usually results in failure. The person tends to return to watching pornography again.

Brother, eu já tentei diversas coisas, no meu caso o que percebi é que o vício maior é na pornografia. Não desista. Tente outras estratégias, mas mantenha em mente que tanto P quanto M são coisas bizarras.
