Focus on your work bro… focus on studies… do not leave time to waste… stay busy… workout, meditation, jogging, reading books… stay away from phone in risky time… do not access computer alone… stay in company of people… do yoga… seriously bro… wake up at 5.00Am… if you cannot, then wake up at 6.00 or 7.00 am but not later than that. Drink warm lemon and honey water and start your day. Get ready for job/school … whatever… just get on it… be social… do not let yourself be distracted…

Remember, your family and friends love you and care for you… and if you stop PMO and become fit… you’ll get a beautiful girl also… and if you’re already married then… your wife will love you more.
