@Forerunner @anon80614957 I used to wake up at 10.00 AM and drag myself to work half sleepy everyday… and then hear abuses from the boss for coming late to office everyday… Now atleast 7…8 days in the NO PMO challenge has helped me to wake up at 9.30 on 2nd day… 9.10 the third day… 8.45 on 4th… and so on… Today is the 8th day, I woke up at 7.25 AM and that without any alarm.
Pretty soon I will be able to wake up at 5.00 AM in the morning and then I’ll get time to study for Civil Services Exams.
