It was a strange and unexpected accident. Everything was going good. I asked my AP to just allow the gmail through google family link. He was away from his phone and told somebody else to do it, who (due to some miscommunication or by mistake) removed the entire supervision of the family link. It caused huge stress, wasted two days and caused a relapse due to stress, triggers and past memories. I had to reset my phone and had to change my google account and repurchase two apps. Now, everything is fine and I am stronger. I will follow the consequences. Next, I will make a 7 days plan and then a 1 month plan.
