I want to ask something. I know it sound like wierd. I had a nighfall tonight. I remember some glimpse about that. I think i was visualizing about porn. I’ve had this type of nightfall before. It is caused due to mental edging. It really fucks up the semen retention process. Don’t worry if it’s your first time. But if you let it happen again again , then you can consider it as a relapse since it is caused by you.
Normally nightfall stops happening or happens very rarely once you cross 30 days. If you edge or fantasize then the chances are high of having a nightfall. Go full hard mode.
