55 Days! Finally im a Prince!
Hello brothers, its been a while since my last post but i would like to share everything ive been through this journey.
First of all, i still cant believe i reach this number of days without pmo, this is like a dream that came true, im so happy and proud of my self.
I know you all would like to know all the benefits ive get from nofap, i will tell it inmediatly, but before that i would like to tell you one thing : IT IS POSSIBLE TO OVERCOME THIS HABIT! Yes, it is! Stop listening to the crap that the world tell you everyday (you need to relapse, porn isnt bad, masturbation is good for stress relief, its good against prostate cancer) lies lies lies and again lies. You will be above the 95% of the world population once you overcome this pmo shit.
Now i its time to know the benefits.
1: My energy level have been increased by 917931% .Yes, im not joking, im simply not tired.
2: Freedom. The amount of time i have now is unimaginable, like 3 to 4 hours more each day.
3: Im happy. I dont know why it is, i live in a city that i hated for years, but now i dont know why i begin to like it alot and apreciate it that im here.
4: Selfconfidence. Today ive had my first won confrontation ever, normally in a confrontation i walk away like a pussy, but this time i was so goddamn confident that i look straight into the eyes of the imbecil that was complaining about me and i walk forward to him and was about 5 cm away from, he begon to insult me and calling me a donkey and more stupid bullshit. I swear you guys, i was so confident in me that i was about to punch him, but i didnt, i want a new year with my family, not in jail xD. He just walk away and dissapeared.
5: Interactions: This is one of the best, ive met so much new peaple and friends, its amazing! My interactions have been inproved by 1 million times since nofap.
6: Mind: For me the mind is the key to all succes in life, while being in nofap i noticed that i have more control over my mind, i control way more efficient my thoughts which are the responsable of your lifestile.
There are more benefits but i think that these are the most important for me.
One last im going to tell you before ending this post xd, guys im going to be honest with you.
It is difficult, really difficult, in those 55 days ive had like 5 days with uncontrollable urges, so uncontrollable i was about to relaple, but i knew that it is my subconcious mind that is trying to sabotage me, so i went out with friends and the urges were gone.
If you can do what the 95% of the peaple cant you will be what the 95% cant be.

Getting to 200 days is not as hard as you think. Trust me on this one! I used to be an addict, doing it twice a day everyday, but then if you can forget the very knowledge of masturbation, everything will change. Just stop acknowledging it. You are much more than you think you are. Stop killing yourself and get a life. Live like a man. Stop giving yourself free time, get busy. Put your free time to good use.
