Brothers, this is an important lesson for us. These two people were having an outstanding streak, Manoj was on day 135 and Sadique was on 95. Then suddenly today both of them relapsed. What does this tell us? Its not an easy thing brothers. If these people who conquered the addiction more than 60% relapsed and went to day 0, we have to be really careful. This is not a silly thing. As someone said: if people are doubting how far you can go, go so far that you can’t hear them anymore.

I compete with my companions and when someone relapse 2 times without achieving streak near their highest I unfollow them. And then add some new companions who have approx same streak as me then again compete with them.
Heres a guy called oggyboi he returned to rewire after an year and has gone 100+ before and is currently on day 3. I suggest add him as companion and compete with hum Heres his code 497so9 . Its important to have strong companions.

Let’s start checking in at the end of day daily, this will give Motivation and help to those who are not doing well or having urges. By this we will improve each other and have each other’s back.
It’s a long run so you have to go slow, steady and have someone to reach you when you stumble on the way.

I would ask everyone to go look at this video… It is awesome, I can relate to it. Porn literally ruins everything, and it does in a subtle way. I had a streak of 332 days and relapsed. I felt terrible, but one thing that has happened in me is, I am not a slave of porn anymore. When urges comes, I can choose to not seeing porn. Previously I went out for a walk or did some pushups. Right now, I am having a streak of 29 days. My goal is to reach 1000 days streak. Its a long journey, but my next target is 50 days. We are all in this together. We must get out of the shackles of porn. We can do it. What I do everyday is I do “anapana meditation”. I would ask everyone to at least try it. It has benefited me and it benefits me. I can stay in the present moment more. Less procrastination.
