Day 5 no-fap. Life is normal for now. Wasted money for a water energy drink so it doesn’t count. I have already 2 weeks without an energy drink I think.

I have been quite busy too, and even if you lost the challenge you can start again. I mean we are here to change our habit of wasting time being unproductive into something valuable. So don’t count the days, just focus on replacing the habit. For me that’s the only goal, cause I have realised it’s more challenging to get rid off pornography by counting days.
