Sadly I relapsed today, I was in guilt for sometime, but then I feel okay, at the first shot I did 20 days. I will do better next time.
In 20 days I felt the difference for sure… biggest thing was the energy and the time saved. Never did I sleep or laid in bed in the day(mostly). And no time wasted flapping. I will go 90 days now. Min.
On to zero again i relapsed.again i don’t know why i do but yes i am again on zero

It has been a little harder. Definitely been getting intrusive thoughts and fantasies more often. They went away after I simply let them pass, but I’m slightly worried it might not work out for long. Then again, it might simply be because I got into a little bit of a depressive mood today. Gonna try to take care of myself more.
