No need to delete netflix bro, there is an option to delete profile, just do that. I did it and my feed is of anime, stranger things type contents.
Whatever we see in day, run in our mind in alone time.
I do not want any anime or stranger things in my mind. It is no benefit to me.
I want to be the best version of myself. To be an alpha male who can face anything in life.
Netflix is just a distraction.
Along with netflix, deleted video game also.
Now, i can finaly focus on my real problems.
For me, video game problem was PUBG mobile in covid, I was so addicted to it, it was an drug for me, but 3 years ago I left it, I don’t feel playing.
Reached the peak satisfaction by playing, but now I get few urges to play. Tried 4 times last year but uninstalled within 30 mins after playing.
Now I have gaming laptop but I don’t play games, I lost interest and responsibilities are there.
I also played pubg during covid, i was also pubg addict. Same like you, i left it & then when sometimes tried to play again, deleted within 10 minutes because i find it of no fun.

What is your experience?
In my experience, a fapper should never marry because habit of fapping continue even after marriage also. He should marry if he has left fapping for a year.
A weak man cant handle responsiblity of a women & his children. Hence, it is very important to become economical & health wise sound.
After marriage you have to satisfy your women sexual needs so atleast get ready to do sex twice in a month. And in the first year of marriage. Having sex in a week time is normal. And, in the very first month. Doing sex every other day is also normal. In the very first 10 days. Doing daily sex is also normal. So, it needs a lot of sexual energy to meet the demands of a women.
