Hey guys, I relapsed last night. Yes, I am sad but I don’t want to be too harsh on myself. I touched 10 days streak after a long time and I am really doing the best I can. I will try again and I am restarting with this quote in mind- “If you want to fly, you have to give up the things that weigh you down.”
Is there anyone who can challenge me to complete a specific number of days? I will do better with a challenge I think.
