New user looking for some direction


I’m new to this app.

I’ll save all the details for now, but I’m here to change some very negative and destructive habits.

Does anyone have any pointers to get me started? Who to follow, things to check etc. Also, it would be useful to have a companion if anyone is happy for me to add them.

Addiction as every other addiction. The same things work.
Be busy, plan your day, stick to it. Pray/meditate. Work out. Learn sth new. Avoid being alone. Avoid urges. Read If you’re shy or miss sth read “No more mr nice guy”. Spend as much time with people as possible. Develop new, better yourself.
