First of all… We need to believe in Ourselves…
And we must have strong desire to reach our goals…
I mean career goals… Focus more on your career goals… Keep yourself busy in that… If you do that… These bad thoughts and urges looks like nothing… Even you don’t feel it…almost… ,

Because of these addiction we lose decision making and problem solving skills… Which are very much needed…Because of this we feel very stressful and depressed when we face even small problems in our life… Even the solution is easy we find it difficult…
Do you agree? Friends?
At first we should try to avoid triggers… Because it all starts from triggers…
If we failed in that then the next step is to… Divert our thoughts in another direction and indulging ourselves in some work…

Friends i am addicted to movies very badly…
This is the main cause of my relapses…
I decided to quit watching movies…
From now i consider it as relapse if i watch movies…
I have wasted so much time…
I need to Preotirize my YouTube videos interest watching…

I am facing this addiction since 2012…
I guess i had joined this forum in 2014
I tried lot and failed many times …
I had spent my lot of time on this app and forum before …
Now again i am here …
I need this forum…
I had too many friends in this forum…
I don’t know they are still using this forum…
I miss them all…
They helped me a lot in this journey…
