I didn’t go gym even 1 time in my life…
I did exercises, running and workouts more than 2 months daily more than 2 hours…(for police job)…
I qualified in Prelims, events and finals also…
But didn’t get merit marks to get job…
Those days were very happy days…

I was not using this app because I lost all my hope and i thought i can’t get rid of this addiction…never…
I don’t know it is correct or wrong…
I had decided to watch whenever i want
I was watching p* and doing mas… When ever i want… for every 3 or 5 days…
Now it’s killing me…
Increasing my anger and Ocd…
Can’t focus on studies…
I decided to start my journey again…
But I don’t have any idea…

Read easy-peasy hack book by Allen Carr bro. It’ll save you. 100% sure! Trust me, it saved me. I have had streaks like 100+ 70+ etc but I never conquered this addiction. But now Iam free. It is the only way, trust me.

my life has become hell…
I am addicted for 8 or 9 years…
I don’t know what to do…
In this app some people cross even 1 year…
But why can’t I do it?

I am preparing for my competitive exam…
I am very sleepy because of this Addiction.(masturbation)…
I didn’t sleep at night from 5 days…
I am sleeping everyday in the morning and awake at night

This is so painfull I know for nerves and body …
One real decision can differs for the following days … to stop …nothing matters than to control yourself and to be strong …
Of course you enjoyed even 3 days or more of nofap … why your passion of it is simply goes away …
You had not to give up … in the contrary , try to engage learning something new or challenge here talk with close friends …
You know what you have to do …
I am one that believes that you can quit fap and porn and all of the shit.

Take care what coming with your thoughts … don’t lose hope ever to be clean.
