Because of youtube…(Adds)…
I think this app is not secure and legal…
I don’t want to use youtube…
But I am feeling very bore…
I am using my phone nearly 6 to 7 hours…
I will reduce this usage time…
And stop using YouTube for some days…

Why bro. Even if you get urge, when your phone is black and white you won’t go for porn. Iam talking from first hand experience.
Embrace the pain of urge. Even at day 105 Iam going through very strong urges due to a small peaking.
Very very strong urges. This whole day I was Meditating. I didn’t work that much.
Walking through pain is the only way bro.
If you relapse you’ll waste a lot of time and energy.
It not at all worth it. Think about it. Have you ever felt happy after relapse?
