  2. Firstly I talk to myself. I ask myself a few question. Why do u want to do? Does it give u pleasure? If it does, how long it lasts? What kind of improvement it has made for the last 6 yrs of doing this? Whay are they? A lot of struggle and suffering and hate to yourself? Suppose it gives u pleasure, then why do u feel ashemed, depressed, miserable and cry after doing this? Do u want to destroy real pleasure instead of this just imaginative, unreal, vdo? etc

Thats how I repair my mindset. Cause it is the main key.

  1. Actually currently I remember yesterday I
    was watching a cartoon " rooster doodle doo". I like the main character "the mayor ". It was about a disciplined life, getting up early and rearrange life.

I know that sounds funny, but actually after relapsing we suffer lack of dopamine in our brain. So I find pleasure and enjoyment in watching cartoons. And it makes me happy and thats what we need to quit.

1.) Cycling,listening to audiobooks or YouTube,learning new skill sets(creating a bow and arrow from raw materials my current “quest”),bit of a knife designer/collector and XBL gamer RPG sheath specialist.

2.) Remind myself I’m in control not a commercialized representation of a fictional idealized woman. Not every battle of the flesh. Typically I’ll cycle in circles until it passes if I can’t mentally shake it off.

3.) Wolverine from X men, mainly because he’s an antihero who’s a good leader even if he doesn’t like it. That and his heighten senses appeal to me.

  1. I like to read books of all sorts, play guitar, shoot photos, and to top it, I train Aikido and learn Japanese… That’s five, so I’ll stop here!

  2. It all depends on the day. Sometimes firstly I’ll recall that basically I’m not a user anymore, then look closer at why I’m having urges. Usually, however, I bet to work on something, or read a book, or get out and go got a workout at the gym or something similar. In short, I remind myself I’m way more than my addiction.

  3. There are easy too many books I’ve read… But my all time favourite character is not widely known I’m afraid. Her name is Momo, from a book written by Michael Ende, entitled Momo. She changed my life, as she taught me that you might not have any superpowers… All that was special about her is that she gave attention to all the people that needed it and listened intently to whatever they had to say. A very unlikely heroine, which saved the Time…

Thanks for tagging me, iam so much in need of something like this challenge.

Lol got carried away and I wrote more than necessary I guess.

As iam in a streak of 4hours.

  1. playing and watching cricket, playing video games(now reduced), watching anime(which inspire and teach something, and I like mystery solving too),
    I got a good voice(not showing off or anything but I am grateful to God that he gave me such skill and I read My scripture(Quran) and love listening to good voices too, but I lose focus and interest in all this stuff sometimes because of PMO)
    I like reading in the forums but don’t know why I am not that into books, but if some content peeks my interest in the book, then I read it like crazy(maybe due to PMO, I lose interest in my hobbies all of a sudden, atleast when iam having urges)

  2. When I go on a higher streak, like more than week, then I take cold showers, deep breathing, or even go outside, but as soon as I relapse, I forget, or dont care about anything, and binge relapse back to back, don’t know why.
    Iam currently going through the chaser effect for atleast 4months now, only 2 to 3days streaks, my highest is 7 days in the last 4months and that too only once could I do it.

  3. My favourite character is Naruto I guess, how he overcomes the loneliness and stuff. I like characters who are good hearted even if they are not successful in a way other main characters in the entertainment industry.

I like characters when I can relate to them, as I used to get bullied in the school, and had low self esteem, won’t talk much, my parents won’t understand what I was going through internally at that time, and they were very strict about many things at home, if iam late for even 5minutes after going to get grocery, my mom would come down, and made everything even as simple as going out to take a walk a big deal. But they would treat me as an adult for mistakes done as a kid(like making it look like I am a villian who was scheming to mess shit up, in front of guests and relatives).

  1. My favorite hobbies may be playing music, listening to music, talking with friends, caring for my plants and anything that involves creating something new or redesigns something old (croquet, sew, paint etc)

  2. After a urge I try to convince myself to not focus on those and make them bigger, and I squeese the bed sheets with my hands. It doesn’t often work because my thoughts wander

  3. I like Anne from the Green Gables, both from the books and the series. She uses imagination and positivity to get through life. She is not afraid to stand behind the things she believe in, and has courage even if she gets treated unfairly sometimes
