Check in Day 5

Today I realized, like everyone else, I will die too. I don’t know, maybe today, maybe tomorrow. All I have is now. I would be a fool to be depressed today if I die tomorrow. I should live each day the most I can. I must not indulge in temporary pleasure and be depressed and sad afterwords.
I must improve myself everyday and try my best to achieve my goals so that when I die I don’t have any regrets. Also I must do good deeds everyday to have a comfortable and enjoyable afterlife in heaven :innocent:.

Further correct my sleep schedule

Just show up when you don’t feel like it. I follow this rule now when I don’t want to exercise. And after exercise, I feel absolutely great!. This feel good effect is due to endorphins. Check in Day 8

As today was my rest day, the depressive feelings came back after sunset. Exercise released endorphins made me feel good for previous 6 days but today I recognized the importance of effect of exercise on mood.

Today was a chill day. I woke up at 4:30 am sleep deprived but to correct my schedule I kept up til 11 am. Then I slept till 2 pm. All work wasted😂.

Lack of sleep made my willpower weak and I thought of watching movies. But i stopped myself by watching informative videos. I learnt that doing another action instead of thinking about not doing an action makes it easier to do what u want to do.

Also I made a vow today to never eat Fast Food again especially those chemical fed lazy chickens. Avoiding meat will help control my hormones. Let’s see how good can I control my diet😂

Woke up at 4:30 am
Meditate
Study 63 minutes

Never skip workout on Monday. Today I faced a moment of weakness. I decided to watch a movie and opened a clean website for online movies. I also decided to skip exercise today for the movie but that moment of weakness was also actually a moment of choice. I don’t know how but after a few seconds, I decided to not skip the workout. According to my faith, this power of will was granted by Allah Almighty. I believe if you ask God to help you, He will help you. I am thankful to Allah for such a wonderful day.

Check in Day 12

Tip of the day
When you feel like you are weak and are about to break a self made rule like not using Instagram, just change your position. Go drink a glass of water. Do something for a minute. Then take a deep breath and think logically. You made that rule for a reason. And you are not weak. You are not going to give in to your impulse. Not giving in will become a habit and you will heal and grow. Now plan your next productive task and persue it.
Now you can follow your path to success. You can and you will achieve your goals.

Today’s Diary

Thing I need to do
Correct sleep schedule
Develop persistence
Develop relentless willpower
Study more

Control Anger instantly and forgive the other person

Check in Day 13

Tip of the day
You are what you eat. Think carefully about what you are feeding both your body and your mind. What you think, it becomes your reality. Think that you are stronger than your urges, it becomes your reality. Think negative, you are setting yourself up for a relapse.

Today’s Diary
Today I fasted and learnt a willpower hack. As I was low on energy, dehydrated with dry mouth, legs felt powerless, I fed positive thoughts to my mind. I said I have the most energy. I’m just not used to fasting. Like a mobile, my charging is 85% instead of 95 but I have full functional ability.
Guess what, I felt better and had a very productive day.
I will now use this hack to destroy urges :fire::fire::fire:

Things I did today
Slept at 4:30 am and Woke up at 12 pm

Check in Day 14

Tip of the day
If in your weakest moment and exhausted willpower you slipped and unfortunately were aroused by triggers, don’t worry. You haven’t relapsed provided the exposure was accidental and neither did you masturbated nor did you watched porn on purpose. It’s just like a boxing match with PMO. YOU GOT PUNCHED IN THE GUT AND DROPPED YOUR GUARD AND PMO PUNCHED YOU IN YOUR FACE. The match isn’t over. There is still time left. You aren’t knocked down by a relapse yet. PUT YOUR GUARD UP AGAIN. ADMIT YOUR SLIP UP AND NEVER REPEAT THIS MISTAKE AGAIN.
Soon PMO will be declared technical knockout when the 180 Rounds are over (1 round each day) and the match will become your life and second nature.
Today’s Diary
To correct my sleep schedule I didn’t slept yesterday night. Come morning, I slept at 8 am till 10 am after accidentally breaking a rule. I watched a clean pg 13 movie ‘The man from toronto’ by Kevin Haart. On the website, unfortunately I was triggered by pop-ups and semi nude movie cover but fortunately I didn’t looked at them the second time and closed the window.
I watched movie to make myself stay awake to correct my sleep schedule.
I was triggered and aroused for a few seconds but I took a deep breath and prayed to Allah Almighty and asked for His support. Those urges vanished halfway. Then I meditated and gained control of my thoughts and the desire to get dopamine.

Things I did today
Slept at 8 am and Woke up at 10 am
Watched a movie
Got triggered
Meditate
No study ( 2hrs sleep  )
Cheat Day- I lost 1.5 kg this week
No Gaze Control today… Got triggered… But then regained control

Things I need to do
Correct sleep schedule
Develop persistence
Develop relentless willpower
Study more
Develop calmness of emotional thoughts
Control Anger instantly and forgive the other person

Tip of the day
Let me suggest you an extremely effective advice for a long term streak. Just for 5 mins each day after waking up, sit down and think about how PMO is a poison and how it effects your life. Also think about the things you will do to not relapse. Like controling eyes from triggers, not thinking about negative thoughts and what actions you will take to not get attracted to and finally relapsing.
Also, think your to do list for today. You may add short term and long term life goals too.

Do this and thank me later.
