In 90 days experience with nofap and self improvement what I’ve found is that, how the day starts plays a very important role in creating the direction of your life. If you sleep till 8am or 9 and slowly get to work or if your sleep is more important to you than your success GREATNESS IS NOT FOR YOU.
Here Iam calling out the men who want to join the TOP 5%. Who doesn’t want to compromise greatness with anything in life. Who want to become the king in their field.
Together everything gets easier. So, what Iam planning to do is create an accountability group to wake up at 5am or before 5 and strive for greatness. Serious men join me in this journey. All we would be doing is, staying accountable to each other in waking up at 5. Then doing the morning routine. (This is very important. After doing this, our whole day will be focused and positive. Experienced men can relate) We’ll help each other. Support. Motivate. Rebuke if required to push limits.
We’ll create rules too. Main thing, is staying together and committing 100% for action!
If one wakes up at 5 for 7 or 8 days and the next day he goes to sleep, things won’t workout. CONSISTENCY IS THE MOTHER OF MASTERY. We have to be Consistent, if we want greatness.
