It is only depend on you… which forms you are going to consider in your particular NoFap journey…
the main thing is… YOUR WHY… WHY DO YOU WANT TO DO SEMEN RETENTION… I mean if some one can have sex daily(anyhow)… and feeling … that habit is affecting him… and he cannot controp himself…then what… he should abstain himself from that habit.
Now you decide… do you want to abstain and recover from addiction…
