I’m sorry for you… But… You can try to take a cold showers, 3 per day, for 5 minutes. It will help you to be far of the comfort zone, and you have to try to block all ways that makes you going to porn again.

You need to be decided. Why are you doing No Fap?

Hey don’t get down on yourself man! I’ve been trying to kick this habit for 4 years and have experienced a lot of failures. But it’s not giving up that counts. You really don’t fail until you give up. Relapsing is a setback, but it’s also a possibility to learn from your mistakes.

One thing I always tell myself is that if I relapsed, that means there is still something for me to learn and that I wasn’t ready at the time.

A big lesson I have learned over the years is discipline. If your not building your willpower through self disciplining activities (i.e. running, cold showers, exercise, meditative breathing), it’s going to be next to impossible to quit PMO.

Another thing that’s very helpful is knowing your triggers. Know what can set you up to relapse. Is it not getting enough sleep? Is it staying up really late? Is it sitting at your computer or on your phone all day? Know your triggers and set a schedule to avoid them. If you find yourself being bored and reverting to these triggers, it can be helpful to make yourself busy and creating a daily routine so that you know what you need to be doing at all times.

Lastly, build up your reasons for doing nofap. They can help you to remember why you are doing this in the hardest times. Try getting any empty notebook and splitting the pages in half. On one side write what you are like when you can’t stop the habit and what problems it’s causing in your life. Then write on the other side what it would be like to be clean, all the benefits to your life, and what kind of person you would be. Make a habit of writing one bullet point on each side per day (maybe every morning or just before you go to bed). This can help you get in the right mindset.

I hope this helps  keep fighting brother!
