You can use video compression software to reduce the size of the video. Or you can also reduce the resolution of your video before shooting. Eg. Shoot in 720p instead of 1080p.
There are few apps also, try them and see if they dont affect the video quality.
Also , about phone space problem, delete the app updates and cache,you can delete data of apps that work online, but dont delete the data of offline apps. Turn off auto app updates on google play, if possible disable it.
