But not close to relapse
I need to make myself more busy to stop these urges as they come when i am having free time
So i will plan for more things to do

Jan 27 morning check in
Day 9 completed
The last two days were busy and so much work.
The unwanted visuals(my mind was thinking those are sexy) which i have seen(while in travelling) which are flashing to my mind and those are the main reasons which leads to PMO. Those are the first things coming in my mind when i wake up.
Even though i am tired today, i need to do the positive things only.
I need to concentrate on the process, not the results.

Failed and well relapsed. Old deleted images from online that I downloaded long time ago appeared. Made me relapse plus the pain that I just found my ex on those grow higher. However It’s fine im better even though I have relapsed.

Starting again day 0.

Not feeling good nowadays . Sleep cycle is very much disturbed . Finding it difficult to sleep at night and as a result wake up very late . Hope I’ll get well soon . I just pray to God that my sleep cycle get better as soon as possible else I’ve to take sleeping pills .

Reset my streak again.

I am too weak. I wake up and just desire my phone and PMO.

I hate this addiction. I need to escape the cycle and the stuck in chaser effect.

Some urges
But not close to relapse
I finally started reading again about my enemy
That gave me instant dose of power
Who knows what would have happened if i didn’t gain that dose today
I also will not say my day count everyday
Because my freedom is not related to just some numbers
My freedom has begun since I decided not to watch ■■■■
So i will just mention the special numbers only
I hope i will do better tomorrow

Look my friend
If it’s happening every time
Search for the reason and get rid of it
If you use your phone
Then unlock it for a while as long as you can’t control your urges
You can download apps that can do that
I gave you the mechanical solution
But this is not the right solution
The right solution is your mind
You need to fight
You are not weak
You are strong
You are powerful
You are not slave to them
Think this way
Take it personally with PMO

My friend just do one thing first , collect each and every bit of information about porn and no fap ; how it affects one mind and body , how it damages your brain cells , the dark side of porn industry , the benefits of celibacy ( no fap ) etc…
You might know some things about it but try to know as much as you can .
What will happen from this is that the more you gain knowledge about one thing ( in this case porn and fapping that how it negatively affects your mind ) the more likely you continue no fap as by doing this you are subconsciously convincing your mind with more logical and accurate points .
Trust me , do this it will pump you up for no fap with more fire .
The 2nd step is about maintaining or controlling the urges and the 3rd is momentum . Let me know if you are interested in other 2 steps . I’ll explain them one by one but first collect information .

I have learned a lot over the past 3 years.

I have been watching videos on YouTube about ex porn stars regretting porn and the evils behind the scenes.

One fact I will share from the research is the amount of drugs that occur behind the scenes in porn. Porn stars become drug addicts.

Now, to you. I want to learn about the next 2 steps.

Porn affects the brain by creating alternate dopamine pathways and eliminating logical ones.

Believe me I know a lot about this. But my problem is applying learned knowledge. I just am not skilled in applying what I learn. Thats why I never pursued a job in my college degree.

Seems like you already knew a lot . Great to know about that .
2nd step - okay so my friend I know this is a cliche thing but it impacts a lot which is knowing your why and writing it on paper and pasting it. Your why might be - I want to become a better person this year , or I want to test my limits whatever it is…write it on the paper and paste that paper where you can see it more frequently ( daily ) . Be it the back side of your phone , your laptop , washroom , on the mirror , wherever you can . Okay now here comes the challenge , you pasted your why , you made your mind , you even know everything you need to and now the urge comes ? What next now ?
So listen , here’s a fact , believe it or not , you can not control your mind , literally you can not , mind is so powerful or to be precise it is like a kid it doesn’t care about you , it just cares about its happiness
( instant happiness ) , therefore , there’s one solution which I find most practical which is fool it . Literally , when you have that urge when you just can’t control it fool it by saying that listen I’ll do but not today , I’ll surely do tomorrow but at least not today and then tomorrow again fight that battle .
And on the day when like didn’t do fapping , give yourself a reward , be it a chocolate , a packet of chips , an episode from your favourite webseries whatever . I know this is sounding like rubbish but trust me do this . You didn’t fap even if it’s for one day give yourself a reward .
1st day you didn’t fap - reward yourself
then on 2nd reward yourself
on 3rd say to yourself that I’ll give you reward but not today but tomorrow
then on 4th day reward yourself
and on the day when let’s say you broke your promise punish yourself by not giving that reward
his is how our brain works .
I’ve already spoken about this in my previous mesgs .
Just fool your mind . You can even add barriers , you are having an urge let’s say , again fool your mind that okay I’ll do fap after doing this task ( it may be a work , may be exercise , may be meditation , or the most helpful and underrated journaling ) and if the urge still persist even after doing a task again fool yourself that okay I’ll surely do after doing this one more task chances are you won’t do after finishing a task and after finishing a task as I said reward yourself that - okay I didn’t fap at that very moment + also completed the work or task .
and that’s how the momentum builds when you reach on day 6 , 7 , 10…
Treat your mind like a kid , fool it , scold it ( don’t criticise ) criticizing and scolding are two different things , deny it…say to it that no i won’t do that and then immediately get yourself into a task .

and the 3rd step momentum - listen no matter what you do but if you are not physically healthy and active it won’t persist - do yoga or exercise daily even for 30 min but do it daily .
There are some yogic practices like ‘Chin Lock’ which help in breaking any kind of addiction . It gives you instant gratification naturally . You can also do Brahmari Pranayama .
Just do all these things brother , fighting mentally alone won’t work , you also have to become physically strong as well . Do journaling daily , do meditation and you will persist for long . I am not saying that you never gonna break it , you will other but chances are you persist for long like may be for 15 days or 25 or 60 who knows if you do all these thing or even one thing like yoga daily
You can add the reward and punish system here as well , you didn’t do yoga today but followed no fap then give yourself something light like less reward and on the day you did both then give yourself original reward .

Day 1. No-fap journey. Urges have somehow begun to me however I was able to take over it and I am good. Today was a normal day as always.
