Welcome to my daily journal. This journal is about my daily activities. I have no idea how to write a daily journal. So I will be writing in my own style.
I have a 30% body fat. So I will be posting my transformation at the end of the year. I donβt know if I will be able to carry on this journal till the last of 2023. So here is a photo of my current body.
I just know that if I were not able to gain weight it wouldnβt be a problem for me. Somehow I have the strenght to eat a lot and probably become a competitive eater.
I had an friend who was too skinny. He had that same probelem. But after hitting gym and eating protein rich foods he transformed himself.

Yes yes I do it. Here in Kerala, people eat rice as their lunch and dinner.
I avoid dinner at all cost. If I am hungry I stay hungry.

If the food at night are items like fish chicken, then only I eat because of protein in them.
