I have no idea how to write a daily journal. So I will be writing in my own style.

I have a 30% body fat. So I will be posting my transformation at the end of the year. I don’t know if I will be able to carry on this journal till the last of 2023. So here is a photo of my current body.



> DAY 0

  1. Cycled 27.64 KMS.
  2. Took a hot water bath.
  3. Studied 3 hours.
  4. Meditated before sleeping.
  5. Fully clean from PMO.

Yes, I have been trying to gain weight. But this is hard as well like loose weight

Yes bro. I gotta stop eating a lot. My anxiety makes me want to eat :rofl:. It makes me think of a big castle of chocolate and food lol.

I just know that if I were not able to gain weight it wouldn’t be a problem for me. Somehow I have the strenght to eat a lot and probably become a competitive eater.

I had an friend who was too skinny. He had that same probelem. But after hitting gym and eating protein rich foods he transformed himself.
So you can do it

If you love eating, you will surely gain weight. I suggest you to eat milk items such as cheese, butter etc and steak.

Yes yes I do it. Here in Kerala, people eat rice as their lunch and dinner.
I avoid dinner at all cost. If I am hungry I stay hungry.
I also love chocolates. Chocolates are just :heart:
If the food at night are items like fish chicken, then only I eat because of protein in them.

There are some of them. Let me write down here.

  1. Puttu And Kadala Curry or Banana and Pappadam
  2. Appam and stew
  3. Ela Sadya [Banana leaf sadhya]
  4. Parippu Curry [Dal curry]
  5. Dosa Ghee Roast With Kerala Style Sambar.
  6. Idli Sambar.
  7. Kuzhimandhi.
  8. Porotta and beef [Can be fry or with curry]
  9. Kerala Style Prawn Curry.
  10. Chicken biriyani.

And there are many more ideal foods in Kerala.

You can google them or search in You-Tube. Earlier the rice I meant was Kerala Rice. I forgot to mention what kind of rice it was.
