Day 4
7/11/2021
Today, yea I’m completely free. I mean it’s sunday and it’s an off day. I woke up at 6.30 am and gone to church by 7.30 am. Sunday = church. It’s a positive vibe. After that I came back to home by 10.30. After having BF, I did some outside works, I mean some cleaning works in our home garden. After 2 hours of cleaning. I gone for a strong bath. It was a strong cold shower. Then had lunch. I have a routine of sleeping after lunch for 1 hour. It’s quite relaxing. By 5 pm, I gone for playing shuttle. I love that game. After 1 hour of play, I did my workouts. Then around 7.30 pm, I took a cold shower once again. Then had my supper. It was good. It was a special dish made with chicken. I loved it. After finishing that, I ran to watch a movie with dolby vision atmos. It was an awesome movie. The dolby sound and the visual clarity of our home theatre gave me a perfect theatrical experience. Have a nice day guys…
