I relapsed many times various days. But I implemented few steps and techniques which helped me reach 5 days.
The steps are:

I stopped counting days.
Counting days makes me so focused on NO-PMO I end up relapsing. -
I started using a countdown timer.
I am using this countdown timer which will be my timer of 5 year NO-PMO target. Let me share the link.

Set a target year.
My aim of NO-PMO is till marriage but since I don’t know about my future, my target is 5 years which is equal to a Brahmachari. But I am not doing Brahmachari. -
Unistalled all NO-PMO apps
I uninstalled REWIRE COMPANION & MDF apps. -
Watching anime which has no nude, sex and seducing scenes.
I watch anime which has no such contents so I don’t loose anything.
I follow these steps.
