My own technique to stop the PMO addiction

I relapsed many times various days. But I implemented few steps and techniques which helped me reach 5 days.
The steps are:

  1. I stopped counting days.
    Counting days makes me so focused on NO-PMO I end up relapsing.

  2. I started using a countdown timer.
    I am using this countdown timer which will be my timer of 5 year NO-PMO target. Let me share the link.

  3. Set a target year.
    My aim of NO-PMO is till marriage but since I don’t know about my future, my target is 5 years which is equal to a Brahmachari. But I am not doing Brahmachari.

  4. Unistalled all NO-PMO apps
    I uninstalled REWIRE COMPANION & MDF apps.

  5. Watching anime which has no nude, sex and seducing scenes.
    I watch anime which has no such contents so I don’t loose anything.

Counting days is both good and bad. If your streak is high, it can be motivating and helpful. But losing it can be very depressing. And you feel bad for not having a big streak.

What I meant was I deleted all PMO counting and tracking apps from mobile. I only have this forum
