Iām Avi i addicted from fapping since 6 years. I was in trouble. I want to quit fapping but i cant able to quite this. Before some days i know about nofap, yet two days i research on nofap then i decided that Iām doing nofap. First time my target was for 90 days. After ten days i relapsed. I was very sad. Now i set my goal for 90 days again. I want this time that i will complete my 90 days nofap journey.
