Most people want to change themselves completely. The problem is wanting to do everything at once.
Because this intense motivational boost can backfire — you shift from over-enthusiasm to total frustration. Achieving your goals requires building momentum, to progressively develop your capacity and strength.
Success is a byproduct of self-discipline — it requires a method, not just a positive attitude.
Rather than worrying about the end result, focus on how to make daily progress.

Stop reacting to life and start responding to it.
If you want to really change, you need to start reframing your mindset. You’re not in control of everything that happens to you, but you are in control of how you respond to what happens to you.

Mindfulness can increase our happiness without changing anything else. We take for granted many of the neutral things in life, such as not being in physical pain, having 3 meals a day, and being able to walk from one place to another. In mindfulness, these become causes of joy because we no longer take them for granted. In addition, pleasant experiences become even more pleasant because our attention is there to fully experience them. For example, a delicious meal when consumed in mindfulness becomes more enjoyable simply because you put your full attention in enjoying the meal. When living in mindfulness, neutral experiences tend to become pleasant. And as @Special_Bird always says, “Mindfulness = Freedom”…
Yes it’s the key to achieve freedom, it will free us from our mental bondages. Try incorporating mindfulness into your daily routine with ease, instead of getting stuck in your thoughts, try to be mindful of whatever you are doing at the moment, it will be quite difficult in the beginning, but keep practicing it, slowly and gradually it will become a habit.

Hey brother @Martial_Beast please give me some tips and advice to study brother. I used to study a few months back but the flow is completely destroyed now. Even though I am free all day, I use my phone and I want to study but don’t feel like.
And I know it’s important to study but I don’t know where to start, how to start or which subject to choose to study.
What are you studying right now and what is your target?
I look at my business right now but I want to crack any government exam (did my graduation from civil engineering, pursuing to crack JE), because my father is not at all supportive in business.
So I want to study atleast (2-3 hours right now) and increase this duration later on.

Well I’m pursuing B.Sc in Agriculture, and this is my final year, I’m preparing for some entrance exams to get in a govt. college for M.Sc in Agriculture.

I also don’t like to study, but I have no other choice until I do not figure out something else to do…

I study using the Pomodoro technique. I am using ‘Forest’ App for this purpose. It’s an awesome app.

Start small, and stay consistent👍

You are not your thoughts. You are not defined by what’s inside your head. You are what you do. Your Actions.
You change your life by doing, not by thinking about doing.

Brain Hack: Psychologists have a sneaking tip for tricking your brain into exercise - just tell yourself you can quit after 15 minutes if you want. Chances are that by the time you have completed 15 minutes, you’ll be more likely to continue and finish your goal. You can also use this tip for other tasks such as cleaning & studying!
