Day 0 again…

Neither masturbated nor watched porn, but from yesterday, I was edging a lot, hence I reset my counter!

And because of this edging, I wasn’t productive at all in last 2 days, and I can’t waste more time on this shit. Will start doing my daily check-ins from tomorrow again.

If it ever happens again (hopefully not), do some yoga and pranayama afterwards in order to at least get the energy up and then meditate. That’s an alchemical process of transmutation and sublimation.
If you’re not doing those things at least work out, if the energy stays stucked in the genitals it will continue to urge.
