My highest is day 14 but just replaced at day 10

My highest is day 14 but just realasped at day 10 but I still feel good in myself maybe it’s because I am becoming more aware of myself etc…
Also stopped biting my nails now and they are coming along nice and better horrible habit aswell

Hopfully makes sense what I was trying to say there haha

Dont be sad restart with full power…focus on you goals and purposes.Stop using mobile phones for sometime uninstall all social media app…Just meditate and exercise daily…and If you are willing write a diary everyday in this app
