Days are going very fast.
Its good when they found you disciplined.
Today i got a night fall and its 3 in 7 days so idk why this happened this time i sleep on my back whole night even i don’t drink water during night and also dont eat non veg idk why but it happens may be i started to wake up early and started running for 30 min on ground so might be thats the reason like change in lifestyle effect idk but yeah Check in for 6 may

Dont be worried about them…i also had a period after 100 days when i had like 7 times jn 2 weeks and after that i didnt have them for like 40 days…
