@EvilMorty as I understand you, this was not conscious relapse but wet dream, for me this is not relapse at all despite you lost your semen. Relapse for me is when you watch porn or masturbate consciously. When you are not in asleep.

@udaCisie when I started this journey I made myself clear about one thing, strictly no to PMO and the O which I experienced day before yesterday was like when I was on PM and TBH it’s was a bit more stronger. That’s the main reason why I considered that as a relapse.

In my opinion not only P and M should be considered as relapse, we should really consider O as relapse too if it happened while you are consious.

I feel you went too hard on yourself.

But if you want to consider it as a relapse, its your choice.

@EvilMorty I understand your point of view, do what you think is good for you, this is your life and your journay. Personally for me as a relapse I count porn and masturbation. Good luck bro!

Hey guys, hope you all are doing well, apologies for not being active for past few weeks. From this Incident I was not really me and we as a family were in a crucial time I don’t want to go in details but the thing is, corono affected two of my family members, one survived other couldn’t make it, she was like a mentor to me, her loss made me fell into greater depression.

My friends saw this and asked me to come to one of my friend’s birthday party yesterday. I refused but they forcefully took me to the party. I drank liquor after 8months, I forgot all the pain started dancing and enjoyed very well. At the end of the day, return to my home sneaked into my room without anyone noticing and I relapsed I don’t know why and what made me do that I was pretty much high at the time, I don’t remember the time when I relapsed so reset my counter at the time when I woke up.

For the past few hours I’ve been thinking, I cannot change the past and if I keep on thinking about it I won’t come out if it, lost is lost at the same time I won’t be able to forgot about her but all I can try to do is concentrate on something else to feel better.

I’m so sorry for your loss, brother. I know what it feels like. I lost my mentor of life on June 26. I miss her everyday. She was the one who loved me most after my mom. And you wouldn’t believe it, but a month ago of that day, on May 26, I lost my grandpa. I actually don’t feel bad for them anymore so much, they passed away a few months ago Coronavirus started. They are loved ones from God. It feels so empty when they are not here.
I also feel bad for your streak, bro, you were going quite well. I relapsed about 2 days ago. I have some nerve problems and that is the reason to it, can’t talk about it, too much.
But anyways, don’t take this as a failure, but a lesson to not to fap again. “It can’t be easy, if it was easy, then everyone could achieve it”

Day 5 [26 August 2020 time is 8:08AM IST]

Yesterday was a good day, started getting back to normal, feeling fresh and happy. From morning till late evening haven’t had any urges but on the moment I lay on bed, mind convinced me to go back to PMO and got strong urges. Went to yourbrainonporn website and read some articles then watched some nofap motivating videos on YouTube, meditated for sometime, urges slowly fade away then went back to sleep. Let the urges kill me its fine, but not ready to relapse again :v:

Yesterday was a perfect :100: but dunno why this happened, also would like to update here that I ate homemade pasta as the dinner around 8PM, it made me sick(food poison kind of) for sometime and I vomited before going to sleep around 10PM. Does this have any connection to wet dreams? Apart from this I don’t even had erotic dream or any sort of trigger before bed

No need to feel frustrated dear @EvilMorty,

It happens that consciously you are doing perfect but sometimes nocturnal emission may happen.
Causes are various, including physiological as well as psychological.

Physiological
Yes stomach is cause of many issues. It is said to be second brain in our body. I have experienced that an upset stomach can wreak havoc. Thats why I have made a habit to go toilet twice, once in evening-so that there is no unnecessary pressure on abdomen while sleeping. Take light dinner if possible, and try sleeping on your left side at night-ignites fire, good for digestion and activates Surya nadi. Can consider taking Amla/Triphala powder just before going to bed.
(I did not mentioned the excess vital energy not transmuted, consciously)

Psychological
I have experienced this- It happened whenever I am emotionally agitated and not peaceful.
Try to be as peaceful, happy and positive as possible while sleeping. Avoid bad emotions, especially in evening time like anger, anxiety etc. Don’t let bad thoughts stay longer in your mind, shoo them away. With practice the bad memories will fade and ultimately the subconscious mind will also fall in line. Personally I recite (mentally) Gayatri Mantra to diverge negativity(…may almighty enlighten my mind and simulate towards positive thoughts…) And meditate on the divine feminine figure (ya Devi Sarva bhuteshu Shakti rupena samsthita namastasye namastasye namastasye namo namah) as and when needed.

In conclusion, it’s about training concious mind repeatedly so that the learning percolate down to subconscious mind. So that the nocturnal emission is not caused atleast by psychological reasons.

Maybe one day, the mind never think otherwise, and we don’t need to train it more…

Hope that helps.

Cheers
