Morning Urges and How to control them?

I start waking up early but i feel i get urges in the morning…how to control them with the first act of morning

  1. Listen to some good refreshing music.
  2. Get out the bed as soon as you wake up.
  3. If you can’t cook, atleast make your own drink for yourself (milk,milkshake,tea,coffee.etc)
  4. Meditate.
  5. Remember all the tasks you made for the day. Sort them out, when and how are you going to complete in the day
  6. Sit for studying or Read a novel/book/forum once you get fresh.

I try meditating first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. It’s a work in progress and I’m new here, but it really improves focus, and helps with urges.


Try to do anythings , get up from your place to another …
You can call your friend who care of you (for example )
Try to learn something new …
There are many things you can do it , but don’t accept to ask … do your best to wine this fight .
