I start waking up early but i feel i get urges in the morning…how to control them with the first act of morning

- Listen to some good refreshing music.
- Get out the bed as soon as you wake up.
- If you can’t cook, atleast make your own drink for yourself (milk,milkshake,tea,coffee.etc)
- Meditate.
- Remember all the tasks you made for the day. Sort them out, when and how are you going to complete in the day
- Sit for studying or Read a novel/book/forum once you get fresh.

I try meditating first thing in the morning as soon as I wake up. It’s a work in progress and I’m new here, but it really improves focus, and helps with urges.
