How can I message anyone who followed me or that I am following?

As far as I know, there is no option to directly message someone from your companions list, since the forum is separated from the app to some extent. But you can search for their names on the forum and message them through their profile there

Or you can go to your own profile and tap the little envelope icon and write a new message to them from there.
