I remember when i was on a 2 month streak. I could remember my 3 years memory.
Cant say for you.
Vivekananda has said that after 12 years of streak one can remember his past birth memories, memories of 1 yrs age…memory in mothers womb.

If you want to gain a strong memory power brother then just no pmo is not enough…yo should do meditation and pranayama ( bhramari, anulom vilom etc)
In this way your problem of short term memory loss would be cured and also you will gain a stronger memory after that.

Nice answer. the suggestion came from a doctor. We cannot put everything on the account of masturbation. Life is made up of many parts. even if I don’t masturbate, I need to eat, sleep, have a family, have friends, have dreams. Life is much more than a fight against pornography. We have a whole history and the struggle we face here is a part and not a whole.

Bro after searching a lot i got a herbal way. We should eat brahma rasayan which is made up of brahmi plant’s flowers, it increases Memory, it rejuvenates our body, it increases cognitive functions, it cures insomnia, it increases concentration and it also cures tumors but it takes a lot of time about 2-3 months.
