Meditation Gives Me Anxiety

I am doing meditation and other all routine since 6 months for nofab (20mintues morning meditation ,20 minutes night meditation). My method of meditation I observe my thoughts in mind after some time I feels no_mind state.

In start it was fine. But now I don’t get no_mind state, just feels anxiety and negative thinking during meditation and after also. I feels this a little all day like some hard energy in my mind at 3rd eye which gives me bliss (:upside_down_face: I am happy no need of work or money or relations) sometimes anger and hate.

It is becoming hard for me to be present like old days. When I quit meditation anxiety goes but urges comes. Please help me in this situation…
