I agree. I’m looking at whatever comes after this life because I don’t want to suffer for all of eternity because I chose the wrong one. Idk what all Buddhism covers. Is there an afterlife?
Most Buddhist texts comply with the idea of rebirth, the constant cycle of life (similar to the law of matter, nothing is born or dies. Enlightenment in the traditional sense, means to escape from said cycle and upon mortal death, leave the world of birth, death, and rebirth entirely.

Wanted to check in and say I’m only at 1 day, but I’ve never felt better. I’m refocused and ready to continue on my journey.
