Yeah i have noticed that thing several time. I think it is relates to our immune system that becomes less activated when we masturbate. But i am not sure about it

I have found eating healthy is important. Pls do avoid sugar and processed carbs. See if that helps. While not faping is great. I think it is important to see your health in a bigger picture.
