guys i relapsed today, but still i think my urges are weaker than my first days as a no faper… I will see where i failed and come back stronger

U filled ur brain with dopamine , that’s why ur urges are less right now . Once u will reach 3-4 days , ur brain will again start craving for dopamine , that’s when urges will rise .

Be careful 3rd day is tough, do a lot of exercise-
and meditation on that day
