So, I relapsed today after 34 day…

I were feeling incessant longing from some days. Yes, longing not urges.
I overcome the P addiction (i believe).
And this time, I’m not feeling that much regret as
I have no more urges for that shit. No P just M, and i’ll definitely get control on it too.
I just lose control on my energy. Now i’ll focus more to channalize my energy.
All the past guilty is fading down. An accumulated effort of 2 years for nofap.
After 2 years practicing of nofap, 4 serious steaks(127,86, 157, and this one of 34 days).
I learned that nofap is for strengthen Mental Strength Physical Strength Social Strength. Thats it.
And If we are not empowering yourself and just try to resist urges, and just dream for a perfect life. Then, men!!, we are doing a great mistake, we will get nothing at the end.
Passive nofap (just try to control urges) is not sufficient.
Active Nofap is the way.
After this relapse have more clarity. yepp!!! Here i’ m trying not to glorifying the relapse😅.
That was the first phase of my nofap journey. Ends today.
Well,
Now i have some serious work to do.
