In morning at around 5 am. I go to a nearby park with my cousins. I was procrastinating on doing this from a long time, but now I finally started doing it because of my cousins.:sweat_smile:

I think i can politely argue here as foreRunner & martial beast are my friends.

What if one day there is one :x: red on his tasks… does one cross spoils his day.
I know putting :x: motivates to fill the task with :white_check_mark: in future. That is basic principle of the To-Do List … Tasks etc.

My question to @Martial_Beast

  1. Does it gives you real joy when you see all :white_check_mark: on your diary.

  2. Does a :x: takes away your real joy ?

It depends whether the X is motivating or disheartening.

For me, when I was completing tasks like Martial_Beast many months ago, I would accomplish 9-10 things on my to-do list daily, but instead of focusing on the good work I had completed, my mind kept reminding me of the Xs. It created more negativity.

Day 31 :rocket:

I’m not doing most of my daily routine tasks from last two days. And my mind is fucked up in various past memories. I need to stay mindful of my thoughts, otherwise they will lead me towards the path of self-destruction. And I can’t afford to start everything from zero again. No matter what happens… going back to day 0 is not an option anymore!

I will get back on track from tomorrow. Going to sleep now. Good night :sleeping:
