Day 0 again…

Relapsed after 62 days, and now I’m stuck in the chaser effect😔

Its ok brother @Martial_Beast. Don’t get discouraged. I went through your diary and felt very motivated. You were having such a great streak and was very disciplined too. Your daily routine is one of the best man. Its ok. The progress you’ve made is still there. Don’t get into chaser effect bro. Come back as a beast like your name suggests. Just stay there tight for 3-4 days so chaser effect will end. Don’t give in to it. Chaser effect will fuck up all our progress. You are a strong man. You can do this bro.

I am agree with @Tagore … It is really very tough to go through the first Zone( first 5 days approx.) As after relapse due to negative thoughts… our will power and resusting power goes away… and also all that motivation which comes from NoFap streak was not there.

Also our mind tend to relax and try to convence us to relapse again as a rest day and go for another No Fap journey from tomorrow but THAT TOMORROW NEVER COMES.

@Martial_Beast … I want to say only one thing to you… you have done it before and that streak of 62 days was awesome.

Just motivate yourself again brother… do not do anything else like study or surf youtube randomly. Only read about No Fap whole day …surf this forum… success stories etc…and do meditation exercise yoga(help to focus your mind)…and Write about everything…your mistakes…your reasons again on a paper…Take serious precautions for 7 days only brother… and after 7 days… we all know… you will be Unstoppable again… just like a Beast. :muscle:

Day 0

After 5 days, I relapsed today at around 3:50 AM. Then I said to myself that now I have two choices. Either I can choose to feed the feelings of regret & self-hatred, or I can focus on completing all the tasks of my daily routine.

I decided to go with the second option!

Sudoku is my favorite brain and mind training, you do that? It’s like a cognitive boost but also expands the way you think and see patterns and draw logic conclusions.

And what tratak technique do you use?

I started playing Sudoku from yesterday, and I am loving it!

I also play brain training games on apps such as Elevate, Lumosity and Neuronation.

Currently I practice Point gazing Tratak, after some months, I will start practicing Flame Tratak also. Do you practice tratak ? Which type?

Yesterday I was getting very strong urges, but then, instead of acting upon them, I decided to divert my mind, so I searched about ‘Sexual Transmutation’ on Google, and then started reading all the articles there until I realised that the urges have already gone and I’ve came back to my senses! Then I focused on completing the tasks of my daily routine.
