I again relapsed a day back … I feel I have not been doing nofap very seriously I am not giving my 100%… I find some reason to peek and ultimately relapse… looks like nofap is all about abstaining from peeking.
Nevertheless, This time I will be giving my 100%. I am cutting short on my activities list as well. Its better to do few tasks perfectly and consistently rather than having a long list and not meeting the target. Not doing all tasks induces stress and that too leads to relapse.

Dear diary, an important entry:

Yesterday I got an admit from a top university in US for masters. It was completely unexpected. I feel grateful to God for giving me another opportunity to reclaim my mistakes. In retrospect, I vividly remember the time when I was preparing for IIT JEE in 2012. I scored 154, 3 marks more than 151 the cutoff that year and secured 14k rank. But only till 11k general category students were called for counselling. Had I solved just few questions more my life would have been completely different now.
I very well remember how I was struggling with PMO even during those days… so addicted I was that I missed few classes at coaching and subsequently scored low in exams and then due to the disappointment I again started bunking my classes. This vicious cycle only ended when somehow my parents got to know about it and intervened.
One of the topics I missed was aldol condensation (probably this is the only topic name in Organic chemistry that I still remember). In the JEE there were two questions (one in each paper) I couldn’t solve them well… Later got to know that they were pretty straightforward. Just solving those two questions would have got me somewhere around 9k rank decent enough to get a seat. My friends who cleared the IIT JEE are way ahead of me in their career now.

The university I have got admission into for masters is one of the best in the entire world, I will have lot of IITians as my batchmates there. The session will start in august next year. It will be a 1.5 years course and I have another year before that. so total 2.5 years. I am pretty sure If I use this time well I can definitely overcome the regret and bridge the gap between me and my IITians friends.

If I relapse before the end of the year… I am gonna put up my whatsapp status ‘I am a motherfucker’…

Hey brother…
Hii…
Just a simple suggestion for you…
What u n we all are doing is that trying to fight out the most dangerous battles… bcz the enemy is we ourselves awa the friend is we our own self…
So at first give respect to your enemy awa your fight…
How many ways it can defeat you or ourselves we are not even aware of… so Don’t unnecessarily try to be angry… Don’t disrespect yourself…
Without judging your own self try to figure it out at first whats leads you to relapsing… then first stop doing those stuff… Forget about the Relapse, Masturbation n other thing…
First try to work on the things that trigger you…

N at last have patience, faith, n respect for your own self…
This might will help you…
May the Greatest KarmaYogi #BhagwanKrishna helps you…:slight_smile:

You can do this man. This motivation and promises and all are crap. What we have to do is get real with ourselves.

Look at yourself in the mirror.

Have you achieved all your dreams. Where are you right now.
You have to understand the fact that death is approaching. Your Journey has started when you came out from your mother’s womb and it will end no matter what tomorrow or the day after. Faith, belief in God are all good but at the end of the day the 100% responsibility of your life is on your shoulder.
God created us, he is everywhere, maybe watching us.

But if we fuck up our life, he won’t give two shits.

Yes, no one gives a damn if we fail. Face the truth. No one is coming to help us bro. We don’t have anymore time. Years and months we wasted on porn. What did we gain??
Nothing.
We lost everything. Now, we have got another chance. Consider this as the last. Everyday look at yourself in the mirror and don’t affirm nice things like Iam good, Iam confident and all.
Say the truth! Be raw and real
And that is the starting point of change, trust me.
Iam saying this not only to you but to myself as well bro.
Keep Going

its well taught in any art of living 1st level workshop. u got to pay the fees but the breathing technique is worth learning. it has studyied mix of diff. breathing frequencies and intensities. it helps a big time if done regularly. 15 mins once a day is avg. time required.
