hello fellow brothers and sisters. I am starting a new life changing journey from today (5th of october). I was thinking about writing a diary but i was unable to decide when and where to start from , also i was too confused about what to write in diary. But I’ve decided to start today, because today is Dusshera and I want to burn the evil, wrong habits and thoughts inside my mind. seriously i don’t know what else to write.

I was very busy for the last 2 days so I could not update here, I am making a little change in my routine (In Sleeping Habits and All That). But I am following good habits and nofap , everything is going good.
I hope and wish that everyone is doing well.
i personally don’t have much intrest in counting the days so i am not mentioning number of days.
I’ll try to update my diary regularly.

today i have completed 10 days
everything is going smooth.
I’m feeling good and more importantly feeling stable (at least most of the time ).

getting urges right now
but these are not strong enough
instead of watching P my brain is suggesting that i should do ashiwini mudra or nadi shodhan pranayama.
it is unbelievable that in just 15 days my reaction to urges is completely changed,
alot of things have improved in last 15 days.
focus has increased alot.
