Great, keep it up! Did you try the cold water exposure already? I heard about it in the Huberman Lab podcast that it is very effective for boosting dopamine for a long time, thus feeling more motivated. I also read it might be a good way when urges arrive, but did not test it on my own yet.
Thereβs a YouTuber, βI am lucidβ he also talked how effective cold showers are to beat urges.
Today I took cold shower.
Me too, actually, and it felt quite good!
1] Woke up at 4 AM.
2] Drank 3 litre water.
3] Did Exercises.
4] Read Bhagavad Gita.
5] Cold Shower at 8 AM.
6] Not used my mobile phone before 9 AM, except for studying.
7] Did productive studying.
8] Did not used mobile phone while eating food.
9] Had a clean day.
