Its a great practice to record your progress. I see that you set goal of 35 days in your diary.Its remind me of my diary when I first set a progress of 21 days and successfully reach 21 days.I hope you will reach your goal

Day 6:

1] Woke up at 4 AM.

3] Did Exercises.
4] Read Bhagavad Gita.

6] :white_check_mark:Not used my mobile phone before 9 AM, except for studying.

Reflections:

1] Today I woke up at 4:30 AM but turning off the alarm I went back to sleep and woke up at 5:45 AM.
3] Because I woke up lately, didn’t got time to do workout.
4] Same as workout, didn’t got time.
9] Ate three big pieces of sweets made with sugar.
10] No urges, all God’s grace.

1] Same thing happened like yesterday, got up at 4:30 and went back to sleep and woke at 5:45 AM.
3] Not got the time in morning because I woke up late.
4] Same goes for reading Bhagavad Gita.
5] Took cold shower at 9:30 AM.
10] By God’s grace, no urges, feeling good.

Reflections:

1] Finally, today I woke up at 4:30 AM, I will try to make it 4 AM.
7] Studied for three hours, it’s ok, no worries.
9] Ate sweets made from sugar which my father brought from village fair.

Due to unavailability of electricity in my area, today I was unable to study after 2 PM, Battery is also less than 10%.

Summary:

Day 11 went good, completed all the tasks except one, I will try my best not to turn off the alarm and sleep again.
Also I don’t know why but today I felt lazy in the afternoon while studying, but no worries this laziness will also go away.

Don’t use cross in your diary.this is a negative sign which attracts stress and regret .
Leave them if you failed to do the task.
Only put green mark if you completed any task .

Summary:
I woke up at 4 AM but turning off the alarm, I slept again and woke up again at 5:35 AM, seeing the time thinking it’s late, after getting freshen up started Full Body Workout after completing the workout felt energised, then took cold shower at 8:30 AM and sat down to study from 10 AM, while studying I almost slept for 10 mins in the afternoon, I think it’s due to summer. Then, again sat to study from 3 PM. I almost completed all the tasks except two because of getting up late, tomorrow will not be this case.
