Nice! What exactly do you study?
Exercising really helped me fill empty slots of time during the day, improve my health, I’m more concious of my own body and what he is capable of…and everytime I’m done with a session I feel like I achieved something which cost me effort. Great feeling

I am studying for job competitive examinations.

I also want to join this topic these days I am wasting to much time on internet and not really focusing on my real goals

  1. Studying daily for my upcoming board exams.
  2. Meditate daily for 10 minutes just after wake up.
  3. Daily stretching and yoga to increase my flexibility
    My biggest target is to score more than 75% marks in my board exam which is starting from 5th March and I know I can do it but I am decreasing my percentage with each wasted day.
    I will update daily at night about how many hours I studied and about completion of other two goals.

Had a great day today.

Finished reading a book in the Bible. Been working on that for over a month.
Used a foam roller to loosen tight muscles.
Wrote in my journal. Each entry is great.
Completed some exercises to relieve tension and trauma. My body feels great.
Walked outside for 30 minutes.
