Yeah. I was enjoying it very much but it suddenly hit way too hard. Now that I am trying to see what happen, the trigger happen because of ads on novels website. Those images of ads with body revealing kind of triggered it. I didn’t watch porn, but those images triggered the urge and I masturbated.
I am not hurting myself by regretting n all.
Now I am reflecting on that and will again work on myself and my mindset. Thanks @Forerunner for the comment.
And yeah @Aanand_vijay it all come down to us. But the book helped me greatly.

Bro I reached half way the book my urges are greatly reduced. I am feeling joy. You must focus on that brainwashing part.
