Congratulations for 100 days!! you guys @Martial_Beast @tuku @Forerunner are doing great. But from last two days I have night falls and Iām little bit depressed due to this . One of them was a sexual dream but otherone is a normal gameplay of Pubg dream. I donāt know why I have so many night falls in my journey. At least four in a month. Iām really upset with all these thingsā¦ Your advice and support are welcomed.

Try doing some yoga asanas like headstand, shoulder pose, wheel pose, handstand, plough pose, etc. to transmute your sexual energyā¦
If you are not channelizing that stored sexual energy into some kind of physical workout or sport, then it will find its way out through nightfalls/wet dreamsā¦
I would recommend you to try a new hobby. That will make you happy. Something like learning a guitar or join swimming classes.
